Empire DM Inc. recently acquired a new transportation contract and was in quick need of making additions to our fleet of vehicles to help with the demand. Through our buyer research, we heard about Major Vehicle Exchange/Authorized Resources LTD. We purchased five newer E450 shuttle buses from them. The owner took the time to offer very informative advice which was greatly appreciated in this large purchase. Each shuttle bus was delivered to Empire in excellent running order and perfectly detailed. The price was fair. A discount was offered as we bought in bulk. Throughout the entire process and even now, after having our buses on the road, we have kept in touch with the owner. The high quality of customer service, professionalism, and extremely welcome helpfulness have created a wonderful working relationship. The condition of the vehicles we purchased have influenced our business relationship and we will continue to purchase shuttle buses from Authorized for many years to come.
